This class was filmed at Moon Yoga Club in Bergen (N-H) the Netherlands, during one of our trainings there. Its a standard yin yoga class where I give you options for different “target area’s”. You’ll find that when you do a class taught for a group it’s a little different than when you only have […]
This practice is especially nice for when you are recovering from tiredness or illness, or when your body needs something else than a workout. We start with some yin poses, not staying too long but enough to get the chi going, and then spend some time practicing kapalabhati, a strong breathing exercise that clears the sinuses […]
This is a routine taught by our teachers Paul and Suzee Grilley designed to offer some of the yin benefits while working with a partner. It can be very relaxing and beneficial, both for experienced yogis who feel they can surrender completely to absolute beginners who can just relax and be worked upon. There are […]
In this class we give the Kidney and Urinary bladder meridians a boost! It is nice to combine this class with the Heart and Small intestine class. Although we believe that we can influence the meridians with stretching, we know that it’s impossible to just work on one meridian at the time. You will influence, […]

Although we believe that we can influence the meridians with stretching, we know that it’s impossible to just work on one meridian at the time. We start this session with a nice breath-movement sequence that we call 4PTB of Four Part Taoist Breath, designed by my teacher Suzee Grilley. The rest of the class will develop around the pelvis, from the lower spine to the hamstrings, hip flexors/quads, glutes and groins. Overall a very nice and gentle yin yoga class! […]

This gentle stimulation may help flush out toxins and increase the absorption of oxygen and nutrients, regenerating the whole system. In my experience, this is a great practice to improve our mood […]
In this class we will target the back. In our time back problems are on of the main health issues in society. We wil target the whole spine. form lower up. We will hold poses longer in a yin way however we will move in between poses on a gentle yang way as well. A very beneficial class for those who want to remain a healthy spine, or for those who have a stiff back of any kind back pain. take note that this is not a therapeutic class!
