Around the spine

In this class we start slow, building up towards a strong flow, focussing on moving the spine in all directions. Lots of core and shoulders and lots of fun 🙂

Twisting and Walking the Dragon

In this class we combine different sequences designed by our teachers Suzee and Paul Grilley, its all yang from easy into more intense into easy! even though there are elements that can be tricky we believe its doable for all levels!

Morning Energizer

In this short but sweet 25 min we energize the whole body. Even though we call it a Morning Energizer you can do this at any time of the day!

Get the Glutes

Starting slowly, we first massage the glutes (buttock muscles), then stretch them and them work them out. Get off your butt and work it out!

Hatha yoga for the whole body

In this hatha yoga class we work on the whole body, we move slow from pose to pose. We stay a couple of breaths in each asana, but we don’t do any vinyasas.

Awakening In The Mountains

Slowly moving all major joints and muscle groups, quietly opening everything up for the day, all in less than 30 minutes. It’s a Morning Express class!

Morning Express – Ready for the Day

In my experience, there are few things as wonderful and beneficial as a yummy morning practice, not too hard and not too easy, not too long and not too short. I hope this does it for you!

Swingin’ & Twistin’

A full body creative flow, using lots of swings and twists to wring out tiredness, toxicity and heaviness from the whole system. We build up slowly but get into a nice swinging’ rhythm. Expect some leg and  core work too! A block can be handy.

Flow with the Divine

One of the things I love most in yoga is the concept of the divine as being inherent and present in everyone of us. It makes the search for it much more about unveiling within that seeking without. This flow gets inspiration fromtjese ideas, to feel divine inside and out.

Back Strengthening

In this class we do all exercises that will strengthen the muscles in the back. Very important for a lot of people but especially when you sit a long part of the day. It’s not your typical yoga class but more a movement and strengthening class!

Structured Like the Metal Element

Metal cuts, metal gives structure and metal can be very straight forward. Thats what we do in this class – a very straight forward Yang yoga class in where we don’t flow like in vinyasa but just do our poses one by one. This class is inspired by the hot yoga 26 + 2 sequence.

Strong, Slow, Delicious

This class works the whole body in a juicy, unhurried tempo that allows for muscle activation and exploration without staying too long and missing the flow. It works legs, hips, spine, shoulders and arms with a special focus on the lateral sides of the body. Deliciousness is an important focus too 😉
