A healthy spine is a joy forever!

In this class we will target the back. In our time back problems are on of the main health issues in society. We wil target the whole spine. form lower up. We will hold poses longer in a yin way however we will move in between poses on a gentle yang way as well. A very beneficial class for those who want to remain a healthy spine, or for those who have a stiff back of any kind back pain. take note that this is not a therapeutic class!

Yin and Myofascial Release

In this Yin class we are using tennis balls or any kind of foam roller, to release and stress the Fascia and Muscles before we are going in to our soothing Yin yoga stretches. For this class you’ll need 2 tennis balls and a sock or any kind of foam roller.

Yin yoga for the Hips(ters)

Had al long day at the office? on your bike or in the car? This is a very nice soothing class to ‘juice up’ the fascia around the hip joint area, the lower back and upper legs. Very nice for those who need a little tension release in that area.

A class specifically designed to gently and deeply melt away tensions around the shoulders and upper back areas. Especially nice after long days behind the computer or the wheel. As always with yin-like classes, keep a blanket, block and belt close by, they can come in handy.

Gall Bladder & Liver Session

This is a shorter sequence meant to move around the energies of these meridians, supporting our processes of detoxification on all levels. When these energies are flowing well, we find it much easier to deal with our daily challenges and choices.
