Taking your dog for a walk

A sweet, short and simple class. We take everything from Adho Mukha Svanasana or Downward Facing Dog. We strengthen and stretch the body, do simple leg stretches, backbends and twist. This class is for those who don’t have a lot of time, or just want to do a short class during the day!

In this straight forward, no nonsense Yang flow we go from our sun salutations into standing poses, twist and backbends. no breaks, no pause, no childspose. We stop here and there to explain the function of the pose, but overal it’s a great total body workout!

Short, sweet and very intense

In this short and very intense class we combine cardiovascular exercises from other disiplines with our yoga poses. We will do: planking, military pushups, mountain climbers and (modified) burpees. The Flying Dragon

The Flying Dragon, like the Golden Seed and Warrior Advance and Retreat, is a classic Yang component in the Yin Tradition. The Dragon contemplates, flies, listens and comes back home. Balance, hip openers, backbends and twists are the main movements in this short and powerful sequence.

Morning Express: A Friendly Start

This is my go-to practice for those days when I feel heavy and low, and start to make excuses not to practice. A super friendly, low resistance beginning that gently gets the body moving and the energy flowing, and a short, sweet meditation to wrap things up.

Oh My Core!

We start slow, and build up gently, but we also go all the way into a strong flow. We use deep abdominal and back muscles in a creative sequence that will leave you warm, sweaty and very centered. We finish with some delicious stretches and a short meditation.
