The warrior that moves like an animal

Yang and Yin functional movement galore. In this class we’ll flow, combining animal movements (bear, mongoose, walking dragon) with warriors, side planks and pushups. We could say “yoga body conditioning” ending like most classes with yin yoga to slow down again.
