Move, Breathe, Meditate

In this class we put a few of the Limbs of Yoga into practice. Keeping things simple, we move a little, try some breathing techniques, move some more, meditate. Everything we always do, but now with some added background info.

Morning Express: A Friendly Start

This is my go-to practice for those days when I feel heavy and low, and start to make excuses not to practice. A super friendly, low resistance beginning that gently gets the body moving and the energy flowing, and a short, sweet meditation to wrap things up.
