In this class we will target the back. In our time back problems are on of the main health issues in society. We wil target the whole spine. form lower up. We will hold poses longer in a yin way however we will move in between poses on a gentle yang way as well. A very beneficial class for those who want to remain a healthy spine, or for those who have a stiff back of any kind back pain. take note that this is not a therapeutic class!
