The Non-Aggression Issue

In this talk we start to explore some of the concepts outlined by Patanjali in his sutras. The most famous of his concepts, the Eight Limbs of Yoga, starts with an incredibly complex issue: non-aggression. We talk about different ways of looking at it, and finish with an invitation to self examination and observation.

In this class we will target the back. In our time back problems are on of the main health issues in society. We wil target the whole spine. form lower up. We will hold poses longer in a yin way however we will move in between poses on a gentle yang way as well. A very beneficial class for those who want to remain a healthy spine, or for those who have a stiff back of any kind back pain. take note that this is not a therapeutic class!

A class specifically designed to gently and deeply melt away tensions around the shoulders and upper back areas. Especially nice after long days behind the computer or the wheel. As always with yin-like classes, keep a blanket, block and belt close by, they can come in handy.
