Yin and Myofascial Release

In this Yin class we are using tennis balls or any kind of foam roller, to release and stress the Fascia and Muscles before we are going in to our soothing Yin yoga stretches. For this class you’ll need 2 tennis balls and a sock or any kind of foam roller.
