Stimulating Muladhara and Svadistana chakra

In this class the intention is to stimulate Muladhara and Svadistana chakra as wel as the kidney and liver meridians. We move in a gentle Yang and Yin way to energize the whole area, letting the energy flow through the kidney and liver meridians and Muladhara & Svadistana chakra.
