TFY Home Retreat – Day Two

Good morning! Hopefully you enjoyed the short evening program of yesterday. Today, we’ll start with some pranayama and meditation followed by the live Yang class with Ehud! In the afternoon there’s a talk and a yin practice and a meditation for the evening.

We are suggesting a time schedule but please feel free to do things at your own timing. Except for the live class (10:00 CET), nothing is set in stone. We will upload the recording of the live class as soon as we can, for those who can not make it on time.

Morning (about 90 minutes)

8:00 – Kapalabhati & Meditation – 25 min.

Marcel is exploring the option of doing some pranayama exercises before starting the meditation, which could be helpful in quieting the mind and the breath and make it easier to sit in meditation.

10:00 CET – Live Yang class with Ehud on Zoom

Afternoon (70 minutes)

16:30 – Karma Explained – 16 min. Talk

Anat is explaining the concept of Karma and how detrimental it can be to our lives. If you find it interesting, you can read the blog Anat wrote about karma and listen to Anat and Ehud chatting about it.

16:50 – Rlaxing Yin – 50 min. Practice

In this yin yoga class Marcel goes over all the body parts, stressing and stretching and juicing it up! It’s a nice long 50 min class, in which you may need a blanket, a block or a bolster.

Evening (10 minutes)

21:00 – Quiet Heart Meditation – 11 min. Meditation
