Tap Into Your Power

This is a short but oh so effective class. We start moving right away, getting some juice into back and hips before doing some powerful moves to get you heart pumping and your whole body active. We round it up with some stretches and a short meditation.

Morning Express: Salute Everything

A continous flow with simple poses but a bit of tempo, meant to awaken everything in you. We salute the water, the sun, the moon, and everything else we can, the stuff we like and the stuff we don’t!. Some stretches and a short meditation in the end round it up.

Morning Express: A Friendly Start

This is my go-to practice for those days when I feel heavy and low, and start to make excuses not to practice. A super friendly, low resistance beginning that gently gets the body moving and the energy flowing, and a short, sweet meditation to wrap things up.
